Q. How do I add my friends to my address book?
A. Please CLICK HERE to add friends to your address book.

Q. Is my personal information protected?
A. All personal information in your address book is protected and secured so that no one else has access.

Q. Can I cancel cards?
A. Only if the card has been scheduled, members have the option to cancel the card.

Q. Why can't I view certain cards, the picture is just white?
A. Flash media cards require the Macromedia Flash player. Please CLICK HERE to download FLASH and follow their instructions.

Q. What do I do if my friend did not receive the Ecard?
A. Go to My Card History and copy the Pickup Card ID#. Next email the number to your friend and send them to bellagreetings.com to pick up the card.

Q. Why can't I Log In Successfully?
A. * Incorrect Login or Password   * Email and username are case sensitive.

Q. How can I get my password if I forgot?
A. If you forget your password use our Forgot Password form.

Q. My Printable Card is not lining up, what can I do?
A. 1% of the printers out there will sometimes have custom settings for margins. Please make sure your margin settings are set to default. Finally, you can adjust your margin settings till it prints out correctly.

Q. How do I send a previously uploaded photo again?
A. To resend a photo card, go to My Photo Archive and click "Send As Ecard."

Q. Will my credit card be automatically billed each year?
A. Yes, if you do not cancel your account we continue your account services for your convenience as per our Terms and Conditions which is a requirement to read before you sign up.

Q. My Credit Card has changed, how can I update it to keep my account active?
A. Once you have logged in, use the My Account link to update credit card information.

Q. How do I cancel my account so I will not be billed again?
A. Submit a customer support ticket below stating that you wish to cancel and our staff will set your account to "Canceled Upon Expiration." Your account will remain active for the duration of your 1 year.

Q. I don't have a credit card, do you accept payment by mail?
